This opportunity offers business travelers, tourists and couples desiring a romantic getaway a great value and an elegant home style alternative to the expensive, uninviting hotel rooms nearby.

I am charging an all inclusive fee of $160 per night, including all taxes and fees, for a three night minimum. There is a discounted rate for a stay longer than 7 nights. Maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. Maximum occupancy is three people. Guests must be at least 30 years old. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Guests are expected to follow a few other basic rules and precautions. There is a $200 reservation and security deposit refundable soon after departure. Payment is made in advance by check or cash if payment is to be made less than two weeks before arrival.
