At this time I am charging a fee of $142 per night for a minimum of a three night stay.  This includes all taxes and fees, high speed internet access, and covered, gated parking for one car.  Maximum occupancy is four.  Guests must be at least 25 years old.  No pets allowed.  Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.  Guests are expected to follow a few basic rules and precautions and to leave the unit basically clean.  There is a $100 reservations and security deposit refundable soon after departure.  Payment is made in advance by check or PayPal.
